So, why would you want to work with me?


Lots of reasons:


First, I have an old-fashioned work ethic. I'm almost always available to show property, and I have no problem dropping everything to show you the hot new listing.  (I keep my cell phone on and promptly return calls.)

 

Second, I love what I do.  I view my time with you as a fun adventure and an opportunity to meet a wonderful new person, couple or family.

 

Third, that intuitive knack I mentioned.  Once we spend a little time together, I get a "feel" for the type of property that matches your personality and lifestyle.

 

Fourth, I'm honest and opinionated. I will always have your best interest in mind and I'll tell you if a home is a GREAT deal or a potential money pit. 

 

Fifth, I'm good at negotiations. I believe in the principles of Daniel Goleman's science of Emotional Intelligence and utilize those skills when negotiating on behalf of my clients. I'll do my best to get you what you want, while keeping everyone on good terms throughout the process. 

 

Sixth, my relationships: I treat other real estate professionals, lenders, and inspectors with respect and have a good rapport with many in the business. 

 

Seventh, I'm confident that I know my stuff: I understand the market and Clark County. I am familiar with owning and selling homes on a personal and professional basis. Since I am also an active person, I know what a wonderful lifestyle this area offers, and the best places to live and recreate. I also enjoy taking continuing education courses to add to my knowledge and skills in order to better serve you.
