Ingredients
4 Large Heirloom tomatoes 8 Large Basil Leaves 2 Fresh lemon cucumbers 4 T crumbled feta, assagio, or blue cheese (sometimes we use goat cheese--we love it) 4 T Olive Oil 4 T Balsamic Vinegar Sea Salt Fresh Ground Pepper

On Each Salad plate: 4 servings
Cut basil leaf in quarters and place on plate.
Add tomato slices...one tomato per person.
Add another basil leaf cut in quarters.
Add rest of tomato slices.
Add 1/4 sliced cucumber.
Pour crumbled cheese over top and drizzle with
high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Salt and
pepper lightly. |
